After becoming MadeComfy’s first Real Estate Partner in early 2021, Crown Realty International has over the last year in conjunction with MadeComfy proved the benefits in having a shared structure to deliver the best outcome for Guests and Landlords.

Over the last 18 months we have both learned many lessons, but most importantly recognised the value that each company brings in when it comes to delivering on their specialised services.

We wanted as a whole to ensure that owners get:

  • Increased local infrastructure around guest and owner services

By partnering with Crown Realty International, MadeComfy has been able to extend the value offered to you through the following:

How do we work together with MadeComfy?

MadeComfy Partnership

Whilst we will become your main point of contact, and manage the maintenance and upkeep of your property, MadeComfy will still be 100% overseeing everything else, from guest coordination to performance management. You can find a detailed breakdown below.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to sign a new agreement?

Yes, under the partnership your property management and the legally responsible entity will be Crown Realty International as a Queensland Fully Licensed Real Estate Agency.

Will MadeComfy still be involved?

MadeComfy will still be 100% involved, this is a partnership aimed to add more value to the service provided and not to take away any benefits you currently enjoy.

Who will be my point of contact?

During this transition period you will still contact your MadeComfy Account Manager or your assigned Crown Realty International Asset Manager. In time we will specifically assign you a team member who will take the time to know you and your property. Our aim is to make this process and transition as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

Is my management fee changing?

Your management fee is not changing.

Will there be any changes to the way we are billed for maintenance work?

All existing arrangements you currently have in place will carry over and continue. There are no changes planned to this but if there are any they will be communicated to you in advance and discussed with your account manager.
